CogNet: From the Inside Out

Latest news

To say June was busy is putting it mildly!

We had four deliverables to finish, review, and submit before 30-June (our M12). These included the initial designs from WP4 and WP5 on resource management, and security and resilience. We also had dissemination and exploitation reports to complete. And we can thankfully say that all were submitted on time. They’ll be available on the ‘Public Deliverables‘ page of the website soon.

The last day of June was also the last day of CogNet’s first year. We officially kicked off the project on 1-July, 2015 and a short year later, we’re ready for our M12 review. While we won’t face the review panel until September, each partner is currently working on presentations and reports to show what we’ve been up to over the past 12 months. All going well, we’ll have a very neat demo to showcase some of our work to the reviewers in September as well.

As previously announced, we also had a strong showing at the EuCNC event in Athens at the start of the month. You can see more of what we presented there here (click here) and there’s photos from the event here (click here).

What’s next

To help with prep for the M12 review, we’re off to Orange’s premises in Paris in July. It’s the annual holiday time of year too, so work will continue but perhaps at a slightly slower pace. Such a lower intensity period would certainly be a welcome change after the last few months!

Stay tuned…
